NAPOLCOM ONLINE APPLICATION (Step-by-Step Process)

Good News to all aspiring applicants who want to be part of PNP organization, The National Police Commission has started implementing the Online Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) last year for online filling, submission and printing out of an electronic application form to expedite the processing of exam application.

The National Police Commission conducts two sets of police examinations a year, one for those who are already in the police service (promotional), and another for those aspiring to enter the Philippine National Police (PNP entrance).

The PNP Entrance Examination is open to all natural born Filipino citizens; who meet the age limit must not be less than 21 years old nor more than 30 years old and; with a bachelor’s degree holder.

Documents to be submitted in Tabings folder with Proper Attire.

Printed letter-reply with corresponding reference number confirming the scheduled appointment.
Electronic Application (NAPOLCOM Form 1-A) and Index Card, duly accomplished by the applicant and two (2) recent and identical 1 x 1 ID pictures (in color) with white background and complete name tag (indicated rank before the first, middle, and last name, if PNP member).
One (1) legal-size window envelope with twenty pesos (PhP 20.00) worth of mailing stamps.
Transcript of Scholastic Record (with Special Order issued by CHED) and Diploma from CHED-accredited schools, state universities and colleges.
Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper issued by Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or Certified True Copy of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) and duly authenticated by PSA.
For Patrolman/Patrolwoman Pat/PO1 with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order.
