Want to watch a movie that makes you feel so much like you’re about to fall off the edge of a cliff that you forget literally every other trouble in your life? Well, you’ll have to wait until Fall 2: Deadpoint releases on September 2 for that… Although you don’t have to wait to buy tickets because they’re on sale today. But in celebration of the movie, Fall 2: Deadpoint took Nerdist Editor-in-Chief Rotem Rusak and some other press for a real-life reenactment of the movie that you can enjoy right now. This Fall 2: Deadpoint “Survival ASMR,” as we’re calling it, brings you deep breaths, sudden yelps, and a whole lot of feeling like you might fall from some height at any moment. But that’s what our screens are for, right? A little bit of escapism? (Of course, unlike the characters in Fall 2: Deadpoint, we were perfectly safe.) So join us on this adventure at the edge of our seats… At least until you can get your hands on the really good stuff with Fall 2: Deadpoint.
First up, we have a buffet of deep breathing, perilous balance, and really green trees. Walk… or rather… precariously sway with us across rope bridges, obstacle courses, and zip lines high in the air. It’s just the kind of meditative experience you’ve surely been craving. And, of course, this video will give you one of the most important lessons that Fall 2: Deadpoint has to share with you. “Clip in and then clip out. Clip in. Clip out.” But never clip out without clipping in! It could make all the difference in whether or not it’s safe to… fall.
Of course, the adventure doesn’t end there. It’s never just one twist in a Fall movie, and in Fall 2: Deadpoint, you can never get too comfortable. In this next video, you can enjoy some more survival ASMR courtesy of Nerdist. This time we’ve got some good old pulley sounds and then the satisfying swish of a net swing. We highly recommend this experience.
“Are you down?” That’s the question that Fall 2: Deadpoint poses above all else. Do you have faith in yourself enough to surrender to the true spirit of adventure? Do you have what it takes to leap and thrive? Well, we asked ourselves that same questions. And YES, we are down. Here’s our leap of faith.
If all of this gets you really ready for some more adventure, tickets to Fall 2: Deadpoint are on sale now. You can also head to Boundless Adventures in NY to try out some of this high-flying fun yourself.
