One of the biggest and most hilarious conversations about Stranger Things 5 was about Vecna’s snatched figure. Fans noticed that this baddie was looking like a baddie in more ways than one with a slimmer waist and some pretty buff arms. Obviously, Vecna spent his time away getting his daily workouts in to prepare to take over the world. We kinda love that for him. And while Stranger Things is done and Vecna is dead, we can still workout with Jamie Campbell Bower and get in shape. The actor hilariously did a ‘80s-inspired workout video on Jimmy Fallon’s show to help us all get our heart rate up Stranger Things style.
It’s time to turn those pounds upside down, friends! This workout kicks off with the “close the gate” move, which really engages your biceps and pectoral muscles. As if Jamie Campbell Bower rocking ‘80s windsuit clothing isn’t enough, the other two people in the video are dressed like Delightful Derek and Heroic Holly. Of course, there’s a telekinesis move and a grasp and squeeze move that gets the legs moving.
Throughout the Stranger Things working clip, Bower’s voice often changes over to that deep Vecna tone that we all love. It’s a little ominous but we still wanna get that svelte figure. While some fans in the comments took his “tomorrow it begins” line as a sign that there’s more Stranger Things episodes, that is not the case. Stranger Things is over but exercise is life.
