Be A SAF Troopers/Good News to those who are interested to join at PNP organization, PNP-SAF TROOPERS 2^nd-special Action Battalion Unit Region-9 is open to those qualified applicants willing to assigned anywhere in the Philippines with an especial task to be done;

PNP SAF Roles and Task

Conducting counter-terrorism (CT) operation
Conducting Long Range reconnaissance /surveillance operation.
Conducting internal security operation against insurgents, dissident terrorist and extremist group, and
Providing Support to PNP Units in the conduct of anti-criminality operations.

Requirements

A Filipino Citizen
A person of good moral character.
Physically and mentally fit.
Must have eligibility;
PNP entrance exam (NAPOLCOM)
Career Service Professional
R.A No. 1080 ( BAR and Board Exam)
R.A No. 6506 ( Board Criminology)
P.D No. 907 (CS Eligibility and Honor Graduate)
Must not have been dishonorable discharged from military employment or dismissed for a cause from civilian position in the government.
Must not Have been convicted by final judgment of offense or crime involving moral turpitude
Must be at least 5’4’’ in height for male and 5’2’’ for female.
Must weigh not more or less than five kilogram (5kgs) from standard weight corresponding to his/her weight, age, sex
Must not less than twenty-one (21) nor more than thirty (30) years of age.
